Shoes Mold

1. Components
Shoe moulds are mainly composed of upper mould, bottom mould, middle mould and middle plate. With help of shoe mold, shoes making machine can produce soles, slippers, sandals and other shoes.
2. Design Process
Shoe mould design obeys several procedures. Firstly, program flow chart is made by CAD, including 2D structure picture and 3D inspection. Secondly, CAM is applied in NC programming, processing form, CNC and EDM etc. Lastly, combine separated parts of the shoe mold, process the flow chart and inspect quality of the shoe mould in shoes making machine. Only qualified shoes mould in the test can be put into use.
3. Properties
Properties vary with moulds. Some moulds are made from aluminium alloy, while others are made from iron. Hence, abrasive resistance of shoe moulds varies a lot.

(1) Clean shoe moulds with cooper rod, cooper wire or special cleaning agent, then, dry them with blower. Rigid items like iron wire, steel bars are forbidden in case that surface of shoes moulds is damaged. Rust spots should be polished and then apply anti-preventative oil to shoe molds and place them in dry, no-dust, shady and cool space.
(2) Problems of component wear, metamorphic lubricating oil and corrosion by water and glue etc. must be solved through necessary maintenance.
(3) Maintenances of shoe moulds have various aspects, including rust removal, lubrication, changing worn fittings and repairing etc.

Wood shoe mould is delivered 20 days after order. Cargo is covered with cardboard or three-ply wood.
