1. About Machine
Drip molding machine is an important shoe making auxiliary equipment. Drip moulding is a process during which paste resin is dissolved into esters like DOP etc and then mixed with color master batch. The mixture is dripped onto moulds which are made from aluminum, copper, silastic. It makes the moulds stereo in shape and colorful in appearance through heat treatment.
2. Applications
As an auxiliary equipment, drip molding machine is applied in production of plastic frames, shoe labels, plastic key rings and luggage labels etc.

1. Motion Control
(1) Triaxial motion supports consecutive high-speed (max. speed is 999 mm/s ) moulding in three dimension.
(2) Trapezoidal curve is applied to compute acceleration and deceleration control algorithm to realize consecutive high speed of the drip molding machine.
(3) Reposition accuracy is 0.5 pulse.
2. Programming
(1) Software for the drip molding machine is humanized. Besides, it is easy to learn and operate.
(2) High compatibility supports formats of NC, AI, DXF, JPG, BMP and most kinds of design software, including JDpaint, AutoCAD, CoralDraw etc. It is also compatible with course on scanning and it has no special requests on graphic planning.
(3) Convenient parameter setting and online operation makes graph modification real-timely.


1. Drip molding machine applies open feeding system and drips moulds with 12 colors. Material gun is imported from abroad and ejects glue accurately without leakage. When not used, tear out the solidified material outside the gun. Operation table of the drip moulding machine is displaceable. Imported high-frequency solenoid valve makes material flow controlling more accurate. Special drain outlet and secondary use of materials make the drip molding machine more environment-friendly.

Purchase Notices

1. Before purchase, customers should choose drip molding machine with right type. Various facts should be taken into consideration, including materials (common thermoplastics, bakelite, PET, etc.) and colors (single/ double/ multi/ hybrid color). Besides, process of some products requires high stability, accuracy, ejection speed, ejection pressure and efficiency, which is run by drip moulding machines of specific types.
2. Mould size is limited by parameters of the drip molding machine, including distance between tie bars, mould thickness, mould maximum size, mould plate size. To make mould accommodable, width and height of the mould must be less than distance between tie bars on one side or both sides respectively. Besides, mould should be smaller than mould plate and its thickness less than required. But mould should be larger than required minimum size by the drip molding machine.
3. Mould opening stroke and mold holding stroke are long enough to take products out easily. Clamping force should be powerful enough to impact the mould.
4. Screw diameter of the drip molding machine is basis on the material injection volume, and material injection volume is decided by weight of product and number of mold cavity. Weight of injected material should be more than 1.35 times of that of products, that is to say, weight of product should be less than 75% of injected material.
5. Screw compression ratio and injection pressure of the drip molding machine are decided by plastic materials.

Operation and Attention

1. Before Start-Up
No water/oil is in controlling box before stat-up. If it is damped, do not launch the power , then turn to serviceman for help. Voltage of power supply must not be 15% larger than regulated. Inspect whether emergency switch, safety door, rotation of motor and oil pump work well. Keep cooling pipes unblocked, fill cooling water into oil cooler and cooling water jackets and lubricate the drip molding machine. Start up the electric heating to heat machine barrel to regulated temperature. Then, change it into heat preservation to stabilize temperature of the drip moulding machine. Temperature needed is various according to devices and materials. When all above are done, stuff material tank with enough materials, some of which should be dried before this process. Thermal shroud should be lid to save energy and prolong working hours of heating coil and contactor.
2. Operation
Do not cancel safety door of the drip molding machine for short-term convenience without thinking potential dangers. Watch out temperature of hydraulic oil in case that it exceeds regulated range. Ideal temperature should be kept between 45 ℃ and 50 ℃, but range of 35 ℃-60 ℃ is qualified, too. Limit switches should be adjusted well to avoid collision during working of the machine.
3. After Working
Clean out plastics in the drip molding machine before halting it to prevent remainder from being oxidized or being decomposed in high temperature. Open the mould and lock the toggle lever. Lifting appliance must be equipped in workshops. Installment/Dismantlement of bulky accessories should be careful during application to promise security.

1. Rubber covered roller will be smudged by plastic remainder after long working time, which may make laminating films roll into the drip molding machine. So it should be cleaned out often in case that the remainder is solidified.
2. Unplug the power before clearing. Scrub the laminator with wet cloth only. No gasoline or thinner is allowed to clean the machine, nor are tools like metal brush, shovel.
3. If laminator of the drip moulding machine will be out of work for long time, wreathe it with suitable dustproof hood. Besides, pay attention to maintenance of the laminator.
4. Change rubber covered roller into new one to if it hardens or crazes because of over-working.

(1) 30% of the cost is paid in advance after the signature of the contract.
(2) 40% of the cost is paid after the cargo is delivered.
(3) 20% of the cost is paid after the cargo is received and checked by customers..
(4)Payment of 10% of the cost is prolonged for one year as the quality assurance.

After-Sale Service
Warranty period of our products is one year. In this year, machines can be delivered back to our factory for repair because of non-artificial breakdown, while postage is offered by customers.
